Job Summary: We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. If you are friendly, outgoing, and have a passion for retail sales, we would love to hear from you! Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide them with exceptional service - Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for - Answer customer questions and provide product information - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed - Assist with inventory management and replenishment - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals Skills: - Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish language skills are a plus) - Strong customer service skills - Cash handling experience - Basic math skills for cash register transactions - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required - Bilingual abilities are a plus - Organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor Join our team of dedicated professionals and enjoy the benefits of working in a fast-paced retail environment.
